Abstract

The article discusses the five ways where podiatric practices can use inclusion behavior when working with team members to avoid problems in practice management. It includes the need for leaders to align the behaviors of individual member into a cohesive group behavior, the development of a leader-member exchange (LMX) that can lead to positive outcomes, and discussing inclusion and rewards with team members.
