Abstract
- Trauma to the primary teeth, particularly in the early childhood, can lead to developmental anomalies in the enamel of permanent successors. This case report presents a 10-year-old boy with a history of trauma to his maxillary anterior teeth that led to crown dilaceration and discoloration of his maxillary incisors. He was successfully managed without root canal therapy and the crowns of central incisors were temporarily reconstructed with composite resin. Regular dental fallow-ups are recommended for trauma cases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
