Abstract
- The main aim of this research paper to provide a theoretical framework on critical success factors for CRM implementation in the Iranian banking sector. Iran has one of the largest and most representative Islamic banking systems in the world. The banking system is a changing environment and CRM can be an optimal solution for managing change. Generally, banks are interested in increasing their competitiveness, performance and profitability, but also to minimize their costs by implementing CRM practices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
