Focus of the study on elite-newspaper coverage of two comparable airplane tragedies about 10 years apart; Emphasis on quoting Russian veiled sources on media institutions; Effect of the limitations placed on news-source accessibility by societies with controlled press systems on attribution specificity when compared with nations which emphasize press freedom.
