Abstract
- Service robotics is currently being established alongside classic industrial robotics. Service robots can be adapted to new tasks with little effort. Nevertheless, there are still only a few service robotics applications in use. The development of the individual components leads to high costs for the users. Therefor the SeRoNet (Service Robotic Network) project addresses the development of a digital platform that brings together the various players in service robotics. In this paper relevant roles are identified, analysed in terms of their gains and losses and finally services are derived and clustered to ensure the successful market launch of the platform.
