Abstract

• These comments are increasing the awareness among the journal readers. • Comments are presented on the paper by Hayat et al. [1]. • The damping parameter (E 3) is dimensional. • The Hartmann number (M) is dimensional. • The dimensionless velocity slip parameter (β 1 *) is dimensional. This discussion is presented to increase the awareness among the readers of Results in Physics. Comments are presented on the paper by Hayat et al. (2018), where the authors investigated MHD Williamson fluid using modified Darcy's law. These comments make obvious that the damping parameter (E 3) is dimensional. Also, the Hartmann number (M) is dimensional. In addition, the dimensionless velocity slip parameter (β 1 *) is dimensional in the above paper. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
