Abstract
- The article presents an interview with Eric L. Olson, director of policy at the Seattle International Foundation and a global fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, exploring information on violence that swept across Honduran prisons. Topics discussed include rival gangs that are able to effectively control the Honduras' prisons; and efforts of the Honduran government to reform the prison system and ease overcrowding.
