Abstract: The article explores how a mutually beneficial partnership changes the landscape of educational practice. It mentions that due to ever-changing time in education, teacher shortages and competition for teacher candidates, time for school districts and universities decide to intentionally innovate and collaborate by forming partnerships. It also mentions need for change to break through the foundational groupthink.
