Conquering Complex Social Challenges with Agile.

The article explores the use of Agile techniques in handling the question of succession of power at the end of President Robert Mugabe's reign in Zimbabwe. It outlines a project on how the country avoid the breakdowns in society brought on by the collapse of an oppressive regime to avoid a repeat of the last power shift. The need to take both personal security and data security into consideration as prime directives given the regime's history of not welcoming external participation is tackled.
