Abstract

The article focuses on the uncertainty in reducing the risk of dementia by the intensive blood pressure (BP) control. although it reduced the risk of mild cognitive impairment. It discusses the encouragement of thiazide-type diuretics, assessment of cognitive status, the response of median follow-up after incident probable dementia in the standard treatment group of hazard ratio (HR).
