Abstract

The article offers information on the counter-terrorism laws for the study of global terrorism from legal and policy perspectives. Topics discussed include information on the delimitation of terrorism, conditioned by Resolution 1373 of the United Nations Security Council; discussions on the infringement of basic human rights; and the anti-terrorism proclamation used to criminalize domestic political opposition.
