Abstract

The article discusses a brief primer on copyright and FRCP 20 as well as P2P file-sharing and its evolution with the BitTorrent Protocol including the earlier case law that deals with swarm joinders and road leading up to the D.C. Circuit's decision; and mentions arguments against swarm joinders.
