PANORAMA DE LA HISTORIOGRAFÍA CONSTITUCIONAL CUBANA. BREVE ITINERARIO DESDE SUS ORÍGENES HASTA NUESTROS DÍAS.

The following paper analyzes the evolution of Cuban constitutional historiography from its origins to the present day. In that sense, it approaches the forming process of Constitutional History as an academic discipline in 19th-century Europe, and then examines the beginnings of historical-legal studies in Cuba during the century mentioned. Finally, it analyzes the development of Cuban constitutional historiography throughout the 20th century, considering both the pre-revolutionary and revolutionary stages. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
