- The article reports on the qualities that the author Carla Cicero, President and CEO of Numerica Credit Union on the leadership traits and qualities her mother and grandmother and mentor Jeanette. She learnt about strong work ethic and producing quality work. Her views on leadership and personnel management are also presented.
