The Content Structure Adjustment and Technical Quality Improvement of Sports Law.

Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of Sports Law, combined with the revision of requirements and related research literature, the study made suggestions in the aspects of content and form of the legislation. For the content structure's part, it is necessary to add new chapters and adjust the present ones while keeping the current good ones. On the form structure's part, the structure system should be modified and the articles of law should be adjusted; also the legal norms and their logic relations should be improved.
