Abstract

The article presents suggestions for healthy breakfasts. It is recommended to start the day with foods that are high in nutrients like eggs that milk that helps muscles grow and provides protein as well as calcium to help strengthen bones. It is advised to read nutrition labels on food packaging and drink containers to limit sugar intake.
