Non-advised Sales of Financial Products: An End to Caveat Emptor?

This legal analysis tracks the development at common law oj what has been described as a new "mezzanine" duty o f care, which may apply even in the context o f non-advised sales o f financial products and which falls between the basic duty not to misstate and the higher advisory duty.
