Supply-Demand Preference and Coupling Mechanism Construction of Community Public Sports Service: a Case Study of Shanghai.

Adopting literature study, questionnaire and logic analysis, relevance theories on preference, public choice and supply side, this paper made a thorough inquiry on the supply and demand preference of public sports service in Shanghai. There was a certain difference between the actual supply and the demand of the residents, such as facility needs etc. The "top-down" supply system did not take the demands of the residents into full consideration, the demand preference was insufficient, and the means for service was not smooth. Therefore, the establishment of the community public sports service supply and demand preference coupling mechanism should include supply decision-making, demand expression and supply and demand assessment, which aimed to establish the foundation of mechanism for its benign operation.
