Abstract
- The article presents a case study on the democracies in transition focusing on the political systems in Pakistan. Topics include the political history of Pakistan, initiative taken to restore transparency in the government, and Constitutional amendments in Pakistan. Also discussed is role of Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) and Senate of Pakistan's collaboration with Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).
