RIAA fires 3rd volley of suits vs. pirates.

Recording Industry Association of America Inc. (RIAA) is keeping up its furious pace of lawsuits against alleged music pirates, filing its third major round of lawsuits in as many months on March 23, 2004 against 532 individuals. New suits bring the total number of individuals sued by the RIAA on charges of piracy to nearly 2,000 and bring 89 college students into the mix, the first time the music organization has gone after alleged pirates at the U.S. Universities since it implemented its strategy of suing in September 2003.
