Abstract

The article discusses election fraud in the elections held in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in November 2017 to elect a new president and a new 128-seat congress, including the mayors of 298 municipalities and 20 representatives. Electrol tribunal has reportedly ordered for a partial recount amid calls from the opposition for vote-by-vote recount. Both President Juan Orlando Hernandez and his competitor Salvador Nasralla, reportedly declared themselves winners.
