Problems on Forming System of Indicators to Estimate Efficiency of Social and Economic Development of the Country.

At the present time the task on increasing the efficiency of the social and economic development of the country prevails in Russia. It contributes to increasing the social and economic potential of Russia. In this context, there is a need to develop theoretical and methodological provisions of estimating the efficiency of the social and economic development of Russia. In spite of a great number of works on the economic development of the country, it is necessary to note insufficient consideration of methodologies and indicators related to increasing the efficiency of social and economic development as a system. The existing methodologies of estimation are meant to measure indicators for every specific period. It cannot objectively estimate social and economic development.
