The article presents two case studies on the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's (LTHTR) use of the free graphic design tool Canva for promotion and presentation. The "World Mental Health Day" poster was designed through font experimentation in the text, and use of appropriate filters with alteration of the contrast and blur. A Health Care Libraries Unit North presentation was made by using a free template, choosing a layout, editing it, and embedding a video in the slide.
