THE ANALYZE OF TOURISTIC POTENTIAL IN DOBROGEA REGION.

The tourism and travel industry represents, worldwide, the most dynamic sector of activity and, at the same time, the most important job generator, as well as a source of recovering the national economies. Development of tourism policy in Dobrogea area is a priority for sustainable development of the Romanian provinces. This paper aims to highlight the particularities of touristical space of Dobrogea and the strategies and policies that can be considered to strengthen tourism potential of the area. The research methods used are the inventory-type analysis of the usable resources and the cause-effect explanation of the investigated phenomenon. The. investigation of relations that exist between the environmental and social factors, at local level, makes it possible to define the necessary mechanisms for the sustainable development of tourism activities that should contribute to the increase of the number of jobs and of alternative incomes. The research presented was performed only in Romania for the two counties and aims to highlight the role of Dobrogea in building its own brand image, identifying the main tourist attractions and types of tourism associated with it.
