Abstract
- E-commerce offers, at a modest cost, a solution of promotion and marketing of tourism products, well as an efficient way to communicate with customers. This paper focuses on the analysis of travel websites in Romania. Are identified key elements that should contain such a site and provides a comparative analysis of three virtual agents. Tourism has benefited from Proges over 20 years. information technology and communications. Currently, these two related elements, namely the Internet and ICT are notoriously under the operational, structural, strategic and marketing towards easing global interaction between suppliers, intermediaries and consumers around the world.
