Abstract
- The article discusses the use of imaginary drawing in children’s art education to increase inner city students’ psychological sense of competence and self-confidence, including through referencing the concept of mutualism. An overview of the relationship between student motivation and their artistic creations, including in regard to art students’ self-expression in art and student engagement, is provided.
