Abstract
- The article offers suggestions for music teachers for a successful job transition and also to strengthen relationships with their students. It mentions need to connect with experienced students to build trust; and recommendation to communicate with students about their goals in orchestra to understand their mindset in the classroom. It also suggests creating an orchestra social committee to organize music events.
