Abstract
- The article focuses on litigations related to systemic governance issues in the U.S. schools. Topics discussed include constitutionality of a state law allowing for exclusion of unvaccinated students from schools during outbreaks of various illnesses being challenged parents in New York, class action purported by parents in Illinois over violations of No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and suits filed by community organizations against charter school law being approved by voters in a referendum.
