Abstract
- The article presents a comic strip titled "Under a Big Top." This comic strip is based on the social life of a comic strip character called Ethan Green. The comic strip shows Green running off and joining a circus where he gets a job as a knife thrower's assistant. One false move could mean a dagger through Green's heart. Green would spend a lot of time with a fat lady. He would sew sequins on leotards and watch acrobats rehearse.
