Abstract

The article presents a case study of Bob, a 48-year-old patient, who have complaints of low mood and swings attributed by depression. He was treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and had several referrals for funded therapies and never fully recovered. He was responding poorly to depression treatment due to depression and bipolar II.
