Abstract

The article offers strategies which can be used in qualifying the inventions as nonobvious and to qualify for a patent. Topics mention include showing a synergistic effect on the combination displays, adding of a new function to an old element when synergism cannot be shown and predictability of certain ideas becomes predictable as time goes on.
