Abstract

The article presents a study conducted by Sung-Hwan Choi which evaluates the stability of nonsurgical miniscrew-assisted rapid maxillary expansion (MARME) in young adults with transverse maxillary deficiency condition. It mentions dental procedures done with the patient including orthodontic treatment, debonding, and MARME removal. Result of the procedures include increase of expansion of intermolar width and increase of maxillary width.
