The article offers information on the considering the sale of dental clinics to dental service organizations (DSOs) or to dental management organizations (DMOs). Topics discussed include unlimited capital resources for development and acquisition of new practices; ability to provide dentists with well-defined management systems, operational support; and economics of scale; and considering dental clinics as highest-yielding investments by investors.
