Rainbow Warrior redux: French terrorism in the Pacific.

The article presents a history of French terrorism in the Pacific in the 1980s. It says that the attack on the Greenpeace environmental flagship, Rainbow Warrior, on 10 July 1985 was part of a Pacific-wide strategy to eliminate pro-independence and nuclear-free movements in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, and also in the then freshly independent Vanuatu, during the 1980s.
