Pitfalls of open-access sleep medicine: a case of missed congenital central hypoventilation syndrome.

The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old woman who was suffering from poor sleep despite continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) for last years. She was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) by a general practitioner. She was treated for congenital central hypoventilation syndrome.
