Abstract
- The article presents views of Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, on the dictatorship of presidential system and its criticism by the opposition parties. Various other topics discussed includes presence of parliamentary system in dictatorship, violation of democratic values and framing of new constitution in the country.
