Abstract

Case study of a 65-year-old woman with a six-month history of progressive visuospatial, executive, and memory impairment associated with functional decline is presented. She developed multiple higher cortical dysfunction such as limb apraxia, along with myoclonic tremors of the upper limbs. Electrocardiography inferred mild diffuse encephalopathy, and Magnetic resonance imaging showed white matter hyperintensities. Intravenous immunoglobulin treatment demonstrated clinical improvement.
