From Child Care Market to Child Care System.

Information on the ChildCare2020: From vision to action national policy conference in Canada in 2015 is presented. The event has addressed the challenges faced by the country's child care. Participants in the event have discussed the means for the country to move from child care as a market commodity to child care as a system which treats the care of children as a public good. Principles of universality, comprehensiveness and quality in child care were mentioned in the conference's paper.
