Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of thermal parameters back analysis in the application of practical engineering, the orthogonal numerical test for the back-analysed parameters was designed by using Taguchi method of orthogonal tests. According to the test results, the response surface model about temperature field was built. With the combination of the building model of response surface and the genetic algorithm, the back-analysed parameters were calculated efficiently. The method has been used successfully in Muli river Lizhou hydropower station RCC arch dam field rolling test RCC thermal parameters back analysis. The calculation results of application example showed that the proposed method is with less computation and higher efficiency, the parameters obtained from back analysis by using response surface genetic algorithm are reasonable.
