Abstract
- The article offers the author's experience in a kindergarten classroom at Mills Elementary School in the U.S. southern states which shared stories of teacher-to-teacher and peer-to-peer mentoring. Topics mentioned include the witness of social mentoring, the observing of academic mentoring during journal time with the struggle of the teacher on No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law, and the reflect of the game "Rock, Paper, Scissors" where students are the active members in the classroom.
