Abstract

The article discusses the completion by Delek Refining Inc. as of early October 2015 of a project to expand crude oil processing capacity at its refinery in Tyler, Texas. The company was supported by refining consultant Turner, Mason & Co. (TM&C) and contractor KP Engineering LP (KPE). The modified components of the facility include the crude distillation and distillate hydrotreating (DHT) units, as well as the vacuum unit tower.
