Abstract

The article focuses on a research on activation of human transcription factor genes by nuclear actin. Topics discussed include involvement of cellular functions like cell division and cell mobility in formation of cytoskeleton, transplantation of somatic cell nuclei into oocytes of Xenopus subjects to gene reprogramming and, role of heterodimer in histone modification and multiple chromatin remodeling complexes.
