Abstract: The article discusses research which examined the durability for marine fenders, a rubber protection device to absorb the kinetic energy, with reclaimed rubber and calcium carbonate. Topics discussed include the marine fender sample and testing apparatus and the rubber used for marine fenders, trial rubber mixed reclaimed and calcium carbonate manufacturing.
