Abstract
- The article discusses the potential implementation of medical travel in the Canadian health care system as a result of the resource constraints that several countries such as Canada face in relation to the provision of health care services to patients. The Chaoulli v. Quebec (Attorney General) medical travel-related legal case is examined, along with the Canadian Chart of Rights and Freedoms and government policy options in places such as Quebec. Canadian policy makers are mentioned.
