Education of Deaf Children in Israel: A case of marginalizing a minority group.

The article explores on the informal educational systems or deaf education in Israel. It highlights the characteristics of oppressive education based on human rights and the recognition of deaf culture as well as sign language in education. It examines the unequal opportunity for deaf students including prejudices, labeling and stereotyping.
