Abstract
- The article focuses on an American snout, a species of butterfly, that laid eggs on a sugarberrry, considered as most common and widespread species of hackberry tree in Texas, in Harris County on June 6, 2013. Photographs that depict the development of a caterpillar are presented. The author also includes maps that show the range of American snout and sugarberry in the state.
