Abstract

The article presents a study on the impact of role-emerging placements on the professional practice and identity of occupational therapy graduates. The study uses an interpretative phenomenological analysis while in-depth interviews were carried out with five occupational therapy graduates. The study concludes that role-emerging placements served as a catalyst for personal and professional development of the participants.
