Abstract
- The article presents a study which examined how business cycles in the home country affect outward flows of foreign direct investment (OFDI). Topics discussed include theoretical discussion of the different channels through which business cycles can affect OFDI flows, lagged effects on FDI of explanatory variables, and country subsamples for OFDI.
