Abstract
- The article discusses growth of invasive plants in New Jersey despite spending of big amount by the state to stop destruction. Topics discussed include a retired librarian Laurel Gould who used a smartphone application to report the number of black swallow-wort vine she had poisoned, development of 50 plant species with two or three new exotics on New Jersey soil and wildlife biologist Dorothy Fecske and volunteer John Berry who accomplished a mission to prevent spreading callery pear trees.
