Datos complementarios del índice de producción industrial de Baleares, 1850-2007.

This article discusses the industrial history of the region of Balearic Islands of Spain, from 1850-2007. The authors comment on the evolution and development of industrial production over this period and describe the process of creating an industrial production index for the region, based on historical data, called the Industrial Production Index for the Balearic Island region (IPIBAL). They also consider the process of industrialization in the islands during the latter half of the 19th century, including its impact on industrial productivity.
